Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the use of the Gastrium platform and to orders you place with a restaurant through the platform.

Scope and contracting parties #
Gastrium operates the platform as an intermediary. The contract for the food is concluded solely between you and the respective restaurant; the restaurant is your contracting partner.
Order and formation of contract #
By submitting your order you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt of your order by email (§ 312i BGB); the contract is formed when the restaurant accepts it.
Prices, collection, delivery and payment #
All prices include statutory VAT. Available fulfilment options (for example collection or delivery) and payment methods depend on the options enabled for the specific restaurant and checkout; if online payment is not offered, payment is made directly to the restaurant.
Right of withdrawal #
For the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly (prepared food), the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g(2) no. 2 BGB.
Liability #
The respective restaurant is responsible for the nature of the food, the allergen and additive information, and the provision of the service.
